The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were informative of where to find places and made my stay very relaxing. My bedroom and ensuite were lovely and had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the meal was perfect. On my last day there was a huge downpour and I got extremely wet on my way back for my luggage, Although I had checked out at noon, the staff let me use a small cloakroom to change out of my very wet clothes before leaving for the airport and my flight home to New Zealand. U can get much better place for your money. The staff seems never happy. Why would u be this industry when u can never smile in front of your guest. We r paying them money not like asking for a free stay. And they absolutely not helpful. The breakfast choices are limited. And if u ever give them any negatives comments, they will not happy. I was giving my honest opinion about my check in experience and I got questions by the front desk the next morning as I was walking out. Not with the possitive attitude, more like questioning why I gave them a bad review. Absolute horrible. I will not recommend this place for my family and friends .
