They could not help with either and I never got a call back from them telling me this. Our room was on the fourth floor (no elevator) but that wasn’t a problem for us. Quiet and safe street 1 min walk to main road. From airport bus 109 takes 20-30 min and stops 50 meters from hotel. Cost is 20 000 dong. Clean and spacious room, breakfast was ok.
