Arrived at 8pm tired and reception didn’t know how to prioritise the need to amend the situation. Confirmed we could have 2 room together but after was told we need to wait for them to get rooms ready and in separate area. Why 2 rooms together to begin with and later no room for us. It was a terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty, even the air inside has lot of dust. I checked out right the 1st night.
