今回は、泊まることが出来なかったそれは、フロントが居なくてチェックインが出来なかったこと！その際に電話で連絡しても電話に出ないなどビックリすることばっかりです！今回の料金は、適正なのでしょうか？泊まることが出来ないホテルにお金を払う必要性がありますか？返金を希望します！
