Convenience is enhanced by the presence of a full bathroom, offering both a shower and a glass-enclosed bathtub for a refreshing or relaxing experience of your choice. For complete self-sufficiency, a private washing machine is available in the accommodation, as well as kitchen essentials such as a gas cooker, Italian coffee maker, mini-oven, and electric kettle.  
  
Outside, there is a lovely communal garden, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air or enjoying your morning coffee. Although barbecues are not permitted, this tranquil setting invites you to take full advantage of the surrounding green spaces.
