(1,919 reviews) The staff were all great! It was winter so it was quiet however the one afternoon I wanted to get in the heated pool it was all locked so that was disappointing. The room had a lot of stains on the chairs and area rugs but overall it was a good stay and in a pretty great location in downtown. (924 reviews) The problem is their bedding. It’s synthetic so you wake up sweating and then you get cold…then you wake up again sweaty. They need breathable bedding. Our shower floor was also greasy which was kinda gross. Food was really expensive but not great.
