« Petite maison très mignonne avec tout le nécessaire. Deux terrasses très agréables, le plus, on pouvait cuisiner en extérieur, dans une des deux terrasses et le tout dans un jardin arboré et fleuri avec des colibris qu’on peut observer en prenant notre petit déjeuner. Michelle et Gérard très sympathiques et plein des bons conseillés ( excursion plage Fronton et voir les baleines…) très belle prestation. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation 😉 »

« No me gusto la estadia, el encargado que nos recibio fue grosero, el calentador de agua estaba defectuoso, los baños tenian problemas en uno solo funcionaba la ducha y el inodoro y en otro solo funcionaba el lava manos. « This stay in Punta Cana was memorable! It was a great stay for Christmas and New years! Upon arrival the host make sure that everything was in order. The pool was very nice in our backyard. The lighting was great in the pool. Had a very nice barbecue. There was nothing broken in the house. The closets had hangers and extra bedding items for you. It was in a gated community with two entrances that made you feel safe and secure. Each bedroom had a television all televisions were at least 55...

« The house was amazing. It was set in such a beautiful place, exactly how the photos portray it. The staff were wonderful. Anna made us breakfast every morning and most of our dinners which were better than anything we ate out of the house. Henry was so kind and helpful and, Isabel kept the house looking amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well. This was a perfect place for our large family with children and we would definitely rebook in the future »

"Très belle chambre, très spacieuse, très beaux extérieurs. Nourriture exceptionnelle pour le petit déjeuner au market place, pour les autres repas, beaucoup de produits gâchés par leur cuisson. Le homard , par exemple, est caoutchouteux, les viandes telles que le poulet mais aussi les ragoûts ou effilochées; il n'y a pas de quoi casser les pinces de crabe ni l'ustensile adéquat pour les manger, ne parlons pas de la mayonnaise inexistante.... ou industrielle. On s'adapte avec le choix qu'il reste et il est large. Restaurant italien très bon, japonais acceptable : c'est plus pour le show que pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Le steak house : déco impressionnante et très bonnes viandes. Le Spa est magnifique. Check-in laborieux : on nous attribue la chambre d'un autre ! Check out désastreux : on veut nous facturer une prestation SPA alors que nous avions un voucher. Mais on reviendra peut-être une 4ème fois !"

"Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours ici. C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons car il est bien géré sur toute la ligne. Tout était à notre satisfaction: la chambre, l'entretien, les aménagement extérieurs, la plage, le personnel courtois, la nourriture, les divertissements, etc. Rien à redire. Nous étions dans la partie familiale de Serenade, laquelle semble bien accomoder les familles avec enfants, quoique nous n'avions pas d'enfants avec nous, ce n'était pas dérangeant. Il y a aussi Serenade All Suites qui accommode seulement les adultes. "
