"This trip was incredible! My friends and I had the best time, coming back to the “real world” is hard. The staff here truly go above & beyond for their guests, many of our laughs involved the staff. We had the opportunity to check out the spa and get massages. Bring your swimsuit and go early to experience the hydro therapy options available before your massage. You don’t pay for services there, but can leave a tip. The room was super clean with housekeeping touch ups every day. These rooms offer full sized beds and only sleep up to three people (which feels weird considering most lodging offers queen sized beds and sleeps up to four). If we needed anything, we could text our concierge or request through the app. The only adjustment I would have liked would have been to add a quantity option to towel requests in the app instead of a free text comment. It seems like it only requests one of each, despite putting a comment to include the quantity, we were only brought one towel. The food was pretty good - yes you can eat whenever you want; any in person dining options took upwards of two hours and we had a hard time getting drinks. We ended up missing some evening activities because dining took too long. The buffet was great! Loved the blends of all sorts of foods available. Definitely consider bringing your own party cup for drinks. As travelers from the US, we didn’t need to worry about the water or bringing a converter for anything we needed to plug in. "

"Great Resort Great Staff all around great for families would recommend the Diamond Club it does up the experience helps for an easy check in process and with the help of a butler for anything you would need along the way from setting up dinner reservations at the main restaurants to room service really anything is just message away. You do have your own area with pool beach access swim up bar and sit down area for lunch with the diamond club status. There’s 2 other main pools and hot tubs and a couple of kids pools that aren’t deep along with the lazy river that has a swim up bar plenty of chairs everywhere with umbrellas or over head shaded areas plenty of towels also. The resort is fairly spread out so alittle walking is necessary to get to a couple of the main restaurants and the main buffet Thats at the front of the resort but if you happen to have a room in a building towards the back they do have one restaurant in the middle and one at the back along with the ocean view restaurant. But during the day they have a food truck set up by the main pools and a sit down area with a small buffet right beside the lazy river. A Coffee shop/ ice cream is at the front of the resort so after dinner you can grab a dessert and coffee before the shows start different every night with nice sit down chairs all around. If you have kids and teens they have areas for them with plenty of activities during the day with plenty of activities for everyone thru out the rest of the resort. "

"We enjoy coming to hotel and we are planning to continue to book future trips here. The one thing I didn't like is he staff at the Tiki bar and the fitness center. It has not been the first time it is repetitive situation. The Tiki bar staff feels like they are forced to work there, and they are the customer, and you have to beg for their attention. The Fitness center staff, they are just there and aren't welcoming at all,"
