Staff are very nice and helpful, garden is pretty, location is about 5-10 min walk from main train station. Lots of dining option and a supermarket within 5 min walking. Hotel was nice overall… we stayed in a tatami room which was fun. The room was a little old and felt like it could use an update. But it was very clean and the staff was good. We only stayed one night and didn’t interact with any staff after check in.
