Great option for traveling with more than two people. We had three people in our party who each wanted their own bed. Great option for family. Location was a bit noisy, but also central close to train station.

Really happy with the hotel given how budget-friendly it is. Clean and spacious room with a view to the streets, 10 minutes walk to the Hiroshima train station, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area, 20 minutes walk to A-bomb dome. The breakfast is included and with decent quality, the staff is very friendly and helpful, free tea and coffee throughout the day is nice. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I liked the fact that it was not too far away from the shopping areas and covered markets and it was walkable from Hiroshima station. It would have been nice to have had some instant coffee in the room each morning. Free coffee in the afternoon in the lobby is nice though.

We enjoyed our stay at the EN Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin-room on the eighth floor was compact and clean. The view of the river was beautiful. It's a 15 min walk to Hiroshima station and a similar distance to the downtown area. We liked this location.

The breakfast was fantastic and I hadn't even realised it was included in the cost which was extremely reasonable anyway. The washing machine and dryer was a major bonus when travelling and were cheap, quick and easy to use. My only complaint was the bathroom was tiny and not practical There was practically nowhere to put toiletry bags or toiletries. The available space was at the the back of the toilet and that seemed very inappropriate and unhygienic. If there was a better bathroom there would be a 10/10 score.

Property was pretty much as described. However, the bathroom was very small and not ventilated at all, so the room got very steamed up after using the shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location adjacent to yagenbori (the red light district). Very close to trams and busses at Kanayamacho. Also, don't lose your keycard. They charge 1000 yen for a replacment.

A pleasant stay

I was attracted by the stylish refurbishment of the hotel so I booked EN hotel for our stay in Hiroshima. Later we found that we need one more night in Hiroshima so we booked another night which became two separate stays for diff rooms. The hotel got us upgraded one of the nights and that we don’t have to change room. All desk staff are absolutely friendly and we feel welcoming all the time. Keisuke San who also made an even more pleasant during check-in. Everything was splendid during the stay. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in EN hotel, a quiet place next to a river and few blocks to the city center.
