The 32 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. On top of that, a table tennis table, gym equipment and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment. This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation.  
  
The holiday home on Mattenweg is located in a particularly quiet cul-de-sac, yet the center of Hinterzarten is just a few minutes' walk away. The property is surrounded by a large, park-like garden.  
  
Families with children will find a spacious playroom, a table tennis room, and a playground. For relaxation, a sauna is available, and upon request, a therapist can come to the house for massages.
