### Lake Reflections: Family Friendly Retreat!

Tucked along the tranquil shores of Seneca Lake, this charming three-bedroom home offers the perfect Finger Lakes retreat for families, couples, or small groups. Ideally located between Hobart & William Smith Colleges and Watkins Glen International, Lake Reflections combines peaceful lakeside living with easy access to some of the region's most loved attractions.  
  
Step inside and feel instantly at home. The enclosed three-season room is one of the most relaxing spaces in the house — filled with soft blue and coral tones, plenty of natural light, and a dining table overlooking the water. It's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy a quiet dinner as waves gently lap along the shore.  
  
The galley-style kitchen is stocked with everything you need for easy vacation cooking, including plenty of cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. You'll love preparing meals with views of the lake! Stop by the nearby Windmill Farm and Craft Market for local produce and homemade treats to bring some true Finger Lakes flavor to your stay.  
  
The cozy living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Stretch out on the plush sofas, curl up with a good book, or enjoy the soft glow of the electric fireplace on cooler evenings.  
  
With three comfortable bedrooms, this home easily accommodates families or small groups. The main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a double bed, plus a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Downstairs, the third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds — the perfect setup for kids or extra guests.  
  
Outside, the lake is just steps away. Spend your days kayaking, swimming, or relaxing in an Adirondack chair while the waves roll in. The property offers 75 feet of natural lakefront and a permanent dock with a spacious platform where you can sunbathe or enjoy the view. While boat docking isn't available, you'll find the Severne State Launch nearby if you'd like to take your boat out on Seneca Lake.  
  
In the evenings, gather around the firepit and watch the sky turn pink over the water — the kind of moment that makes lake life unforgettable.  
  
When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty to do nearby. Taste local wine at Miles Wine Cellars or craft beer at Climbing Bines Brewery, hike the scenic Keuka–Seneca Outlet Trail, or take a short drive to Watkins Glen State Park for incredible waterfalls and gorge views.  
  
Whether you're here for summer days on the water, a cozy fall weekend, or a quiet winter escape, Lake Reflections offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Come experience the best of the Finger Lakes and make lifelong memories at this peaceful Seneca Lake retreat.  
  
There is no boat docking available at this home.  
  
Water Source Information: All of our properties have different types of water sources. Some draw water from the lake, wells, or are using city water. However, the taste and smell of the water at each vacation home differs. The rental property located at 2913 Pompey Road has lake water. Guests may wish to bring bottled drinking water if water quality is a concern.  
  
\*\*Lake Reflections is located on a private, 5mph road. We ask all guests abide by the speed limit to ensure the neighborhood is properly respected.  
  
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.  
  
Note:  
1\. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.  
2\. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.  
3\. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.  
4\. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.  
5\. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.  
6\. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
