Located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, this modern cabin offers a beautiful view of Seneca Lake that can be enjoyed from one of the private balconies or the spacious deck (in the hot tub!). Inside Chateau you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a small granite topped island, great spot to cook or entertain. The main Living room area is open from the kitchen into the dining room and living area. There is a gas burning fireplace in the Dining room for lighting a fire on cooler nights while watching your favorite Netflix show on the TV. The Primary bedroom is adjacent to the Dining area and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is open to the bedroom area and has a tiled walk in shower, toilet and bowl sink. From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door. The basement level door and the stairs to the second floor are also located off of the Dining area. Upstairs you’ll find an open balcony area, 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed, TV and a private outdoor balconies off of each bedroom. This level also has a full bath with tub/shower. In the basement is a family room with a sectional couch, TV, pool table and small wet bar area. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2 as well as a full bath with shower. The laundry area is also located in the basement. The 32’ X 18’ deck will leave you with plenty of outdoor options. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill and relax on the comfortable poly furniture. And after the evening lights fade you can climb into the hot tub to soak your worries away. The yard is large and spacious, with plenty of room to bring outdoor games. There is a patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights. The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch. Grab your family and friends and come make unforgettable memories at Castle Point Paradise! Chateau is a sister cabin to our Castello cabin, located on the same private road. If you have a larger group, these two cabins, plus our smaller Chalet cabin, are perfect to rent together as a group. These 3 are all located on the same private lane \*Air conditioning is provided via central air \*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. \*\*We ask that renters to be over the age of 25\. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. \*\*No pets or animals allowed at any time, without exception. Any guest found to be in violation of our pet policy will be asked to leave and/or charged an additional cleaning fee. \*\*No parties allowed at any time. \*\*Smoking prohibited \*\*Parking for 4 vehicles only! \*\*Guest must comply with maximum occupancy, no exceptions. Nice house, view of the lake (though lake access is a drive away) and the property was beautiful. We all loved the hot tub, the movie theatre set up in the basement and the kitchen was well stocked (though a few more coffee mugs and dishes would be nice). Check in and communication was easy and we had no issues. It fit us 7 women very comfortably. We never had any issues running out of hot water either! The AC worked great too! Sleep in the basement bed if you really like it cold and you'll get the bonus of more space! The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots. etc. We really enjoyed our time and hope to book again in the future! The only negative was check in is late (4 pm) and check out is early (10 am). I'd like to see it 3p and 11 am. Also know that there is an identical home next door on a dead end road.
