Beach House Resort Hilton Head
The people who worked here were great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be upgraded, it felt very dirty. The hallways are very dark and it was so loud at all times of the night. Very little sound proofing. Rust in the bathroom and paint chipping in the bathtub.

Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG
Rooms are dated. The pull-out couch was blocked by the A/C and heating unit so couldn’t be used as a pull-out bed.

Coral Sands Resorts by Palmera
The property is older and in need of a refresh. The pool and lazy river were cold. The game room has very limited hours (until 7pm weeknights-- we have teenagers who wanted to play ping pong!). Overall, it did not feel like a good value for the amount we paid. Caveat emptor.

Players Club Resort
We had a 2-bedroom suite/apartment for a four-night stay. We loved the apartment. It was easy to check in. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything we needed. Couple of very minor issues:1) better pot scrubbers for cleaning dishes would have been nice, 2) the cable TV wasn't easy ...
