This centrally located single floor Beach cottage has everything you need to enjoy your Sea Pines vacation! Summer pool temps generally range from 86 - 88 degrees. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach! What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue. How close are you to the beach? About 7 -10 minutes by bike. See the map showing our location and proximity to the beach. Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. By bike, our home is about 10 minutes to Harbour Town or 15-20 minutes to South Beach. What size is your house? Our single level home is about 1,800 square feet. Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The living area is lovely and spacious, and the rooms comfortably fit two families of four. We were able to heat the pool for our stay and it was a total hit with the kids. We also loved the complementary bikes and were able to add on more for our kids with the bike company without issue. Also, the communication leading up to and during our stay was the best I have ever experienced at a rental - so impressed, helpful and available. I would definitely rent again! ##### Monica R. We had 6 adults and one teen and it was comfortable for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect! We rode our bikes everywhere (thanks to the complimentary 4 bikes that came with the house and we rented 3 more). We were able to just leave out the back gate and be at the beach in less than 10 min. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was so easy to work with. Check in/out was a breeze. I can’t say enough about how perfect the house was. The bikes provided were great, the pool was perfect after a day at the beach, and house was just what we needed. They have plenty of towels, games, floats, beach gear, etc and that saved us a ton of time/money/worry. This was the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken with our kids and a large part of that was this rental. We hope to be back! Management was responsive, kind, and just genuinely SO helpful. 10 minute bike ride to the beach (my 6yo happily road to/from which is a testament to how easy it is) - you truly are a 10 minute bike ride or a 10 min drive from literally everything you need. ##### Rachel G. Little things-like liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink-were thought of and left in supply. The provided pool towels were helpful. The provided bikes were awesome! The beds were all very comfortable. The TVs in every room were convenient and very easy to operate. The Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy 1.5 mile bike ride on trails, but there is an even closer beach path prior to arriving at the beach club and that beach access path is less than 1 mile from the house. The pool was fantastic! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary to cook meals. There’s plenty of seating in the living room areas for everyone to watch a movie together. The house is close to Lawton Stables-about a half mile walk. That was nice for the kids to go see the horses, feed the farm animals at the petting zoo, and to enjoy a trail ride. The pool was the selling point for us and it didn't disappoint. My kids were in love with the tree frogs. Every day, morning and night they would look for them. The horse trail in the back was a nice bonus that we didn't expect and that prompted us to go on a horse trail ride. We enjoyed watching the horses come through several times a day. The house was CLEAN and well decorated. I loved the space we had to move around. The kids really enjoyed their bunk beds as well. Every night after a long day we piled in the family room to watch a movie. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dinnerware. Lots of pool and beach items were also available in the gated area outside. We took a chair to the beach to sit in the water but rented the umbrellas and chairs also at the beach club. The beach trolley was very close and we hopped in the car and parked at that lot (#8) and took the trolley every day. It was super easy. The bikes were great also...I could go on and on. So many great restaurants in Hilton Head and the shopping is there too. If it is your first time just keep looking and you will find it! ##### Tracie R.
