Condo has been updated with LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances and large flat screen TVs. The main floor has the huge kitchen, large living room and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and walk in shower. Living room has a large L shaped couch that includes additional seating for your guests. You can watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or relax and read a book. Kitchen is full stocked with glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker and more to prepare the family meals. Master bedroom is upstairs with an en suite double vanity master bath. Upstairs guest room has queen size bed with a full bath so condo can comfortably sleep six people. Pets are allowed up to 45 pounds and limit of two dogs, $175 non refundable deposit for each dog. Great location near the beach, easy walk with two swimming pools and tennis court at Ocean Breeze. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 98 Ocean Breeze in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company. Whenever we come down, we try to find a place close to Coligny Plaza, as that is essentially the heart of the island! We love the complex this unit is located in, as it is very close to the beach and very close to Coligny! The unit was great! The only thing keeping it from a 5 star review was there were a couple small things that needed fixed such as a hole in the ceiling from a previous repair, and a power outlet that was marked as out of order. To us these were not a big deal, and the owner was great and responsive (when we arrived we found one of the toilets had a broken flapper which had it stuck on flush - I told the owner about it immediately and it was fixed in the morning).
