Kitchen and bed rooms had everything we needed, although we're not fans of memory foam mattresses, so ended up sleeping in the twin beds. Location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the Sea Pines Beach Club bar and restaurant. The ONLY negative is that it is the very first unit inside the gate, which means the view from all the rooms is of the gate house and street. But we kept the blinds partially closed so not really a problem. ##### Robert S. Loved the beach and ocean so much we never used the outdoor pools which looked great. Beds are very comfortable. All the kitchen supplies we needed. We’ve stayed in Hilton Head for various vacations for 20 years, and this property was perfect for a spring beach vacation. The host, Laura, was so communicative, thorough, and responsive.
