Pools were awesome as well as access to the beach. BBQ area was great to have a cookout with the family. A/c seemed to struggle for October weather. The condo was 83 degrees inside when we woke up. Called at 9am and explained the situation. We were told that someone would be out to fix it. We were not given a time frame for when someone would be there. The condo reached 91 degrees inside. We reached out again and were told that someone would be there but again no time frame. No one ever came to fix the actual a/c unit the solution was 2 portable a/c units for 2 of the 3 bedrooms. They were brought around 5pm. The condo was still 84 degrees inside When we left the next day. We have been told by Vacasa that the a/c is an amenity. The a/c not working properly is obviously an ongoing issue because they have directions inside the unit stating not to move the temperature more than 2 degrees at a time due to the a/c unit freezing. We have a child with lung issues and it was scary to not have anywhere to take him for relief from the heat and humidity. The kitchen lacked enough silverware, utensils, pots, and pans. There was one single hot pad. The condo inside is very outdated. This was our 4th time at this condo complex but first time in this specific condo. I would not book with Vacasa again. The location was perfect in this complex. Not loud but near to the indoor pool. We loved the complex. Pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, restaurant, outdoor pools, walkable to the beach. Walk to beach is about 15 minutes and will likely require a cart. The 15 minute walk to the beach is a trade-off for renting a lower cost unit. Turnkey always responded to texts with questions; most attentive rental management company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend Turnkey and this unit. ##### Garry B. Took some time to get that resolved. I was contacted by the rental company and they apologized for the problems and said they would compensate us for our loss time but I'm still waiting to see how and when we will be compensated. Also told that we could have a late check-out but then at the last minute was told we couldn't. We did enjoy the resort! Our rental was nice and clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots, pans, etc but some of those could be updated.
