This property is 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and within 1 block of the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. This community has an on-site pool and a toddler pool. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the property. Springwood is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. The unit is large and clean, with a nice deck that overlooks the pool (easily accessed by a spiral staircase off the deck). For a more secluded stay on HH, some of the plantation properties might be a better option; however, if interested in a nice property that is private yet easily accessible to the portion of the island where there are more activities/conveniences, then this unit is an excellent choice. ##### Del C. It's about 17 minutes via walking option on Google maps. Was a simple drive tho.
