Take a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the shores of the Palmetto Dunes community beach. You can also go for a swim in the community pool located just steps from your front door! This property was renovated in 2024 with all new flooring, doors, wood trim, paint, furniture, and back patio. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled. A mud room with washer and dryer offer convenience when returning from a day of relaxation at the beach. Minimum Renter Age is 25\. No pets, parties or events. Parking passes are acquired at the entry gate pass office. Pass fees are based on length of stay. The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st. The place was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone had their own space and own bathroom! The pool was super private and shaded and we often had it to ourselves. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the Marina. We also enjoyed riding bikes each day. The hosts were very responsive! Overall, it was a wonderful getaway! ##### Krista I. The rooms were huge and so clean. The owners were very responsive to questions. Palmetto Dunes area is very peaceful with lots of walking or biking trails.
