This third floor, two bedroom, two bath unit is located in The Spa on Port Royal Sound- a water front complex offering stunning views and so much more! The relaxing, open floor plan provides plenty of space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops along with everything the Chef could need. A barn door pantry provides storage for the beach chairs and buggy. A spacious dining and living area is both inviting and comfortable. The cozy bright sunroom, is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book after a day of shelling on the beach.

Enjoy the Master Suite, with a new king bed, and pretty en suite bath with a shower/tub combination, shiplap walls and updated fixtures.

The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and an additional updated bath steps away. This Villa also has a washer and dryer conveniently tucked away.

Whether you are traveling with 2 or 4, Hilton Head Calm is a fun spot to enjoy tennis, swimming, a fitness center, long walks and the beautiful views of the Port Royal Sound.

** The beach is a "tidal beach" and is NOT recommended for swimming. It is great for wading, sunbathing, beach exploration and sand play.** There are several traditional beaches nearby.
