Also offers parking just outside of the entry door. King in the master, 2 queens in BR2 and another queen in BR3\. There is an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30\. Once you stay here your family will make lasting memories and will want to return again and again! Shorewood is one of our most requested properties in the area, the grounds are immaculate and the units are quite spacious & well maintained. It was clean, well-stocked with what you would need for a week long beach vacation and well laid out. The property manager was active, communicative and clear. Lastly the location is terrific. In the past we stayed in Sea Pines but really liked being within walking distance of Coligny. The condo complex is also well maintained. One item to point out that is that to get to the two bedrooms upstairs you use a spiral staircase. This isn't a criticism and we were fine with it but older adults or people with babies or toddlers could find it difficult. Again, we didn't have an issue with it. ##### Herbert D. I were at the pool with my family and all of a sudden a man stood over us and said we should be wearing wrist bands. We told him that no one had given us wrist bans. He looked at us as if we were lying. Then awoman came over and started questioning us about where we were staying. She wasn't very friendly and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We were with my daughter and her boyfriend and it seemed to us that they were being watched all the time by this man and this woman. They made us feel very uncomfortable whenever we were at the pool. Our family of 5 kids plus my mom along to help was able to spread out with the 3 well appointed large bedrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful with lovely tile showers. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo complex features a large enough pool for a morning lap swim which my husband enjoyed and it was sooh good that it was heated for our stay in March with temps in the 60s. The beach is right there. just steps from the condo. Sea Pines nature preserve was a short enough bike ride away that my 6 year old had no trouble making it there and back. Even biked the beach for a 20 minute ride to Coast for dinner on the beach with live music. Very close to the beach which was what we wanted! However, a few of the dishes were still dirty and had crumbs still. The ceiling fans had dust in all the rooms. There was a few dead bugs on the upstairs bathroom ledge, as well as spider webs. The mirror by the couches was dirty. Please look into the cleaning service, they are doing a poor job. ##### Casey B.
