We have enjoyed staying at the Breakers for many years because of its prime location at an affordable price. While the units are quaint one bedroom spaces, the grounds and proximity to Coligny cannot be beat. This condo was by far the nicest and well appointed condo on the property we’ve ever experienced! We will definitely stay here again! Everything about this condo was welcoming and thoughtful and even better than the photos! Decor was on point, with well appointed and comfortable furniture that fit the smaller space and provided plenty of storage. Everything was updated and CLEAN ! This unit has a full size kitchen with an oven (few units have them), extra linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels), comfortable beds/furniture, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, outdoor table and chairs and several thoughtful extra touches like small labeled bags with starter bath products, soap for kitchen, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and the kitchen towels were tied in a bow and so much more! Like a two-minute walk, separated by a private gate (the gate was private, not the beach).The process could not have been more straightforward from check-in to check-out. So easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants, tiki bar, and more. Also close to sea pines and harbor town. We had a great stay.
