I had a couple minor issues when I first got there. Anne was there in an heartbeat and took care of them right away. Convenient location. Spacious and easy to live in. Easy walk or bike ride to The Beach Club, Shops, and Harbor Town. Unit was very clean. King bed in master suite was very comfortable. Liked having full cable along with a number of streaming apps on the living room TV. We found the couches a bit uncomfortable. We did some cooking and found the knives were not sharp. We especially love the location of this condo and the screened porch. It is quiet and peaceful. Convenient location, nice bike ride or walk to the beach and other activities in Sea Pines! Great that it was so close to the beach trolley on the days that we had too much for bikes!
