We didn't have any issues, check-in was quick and easy, and everything we needed was available. The golf course view was exceptional and overall it is a very quiet property. The upstairs felt a little warm when we first arrived however box fans were provided in each room's closet and kept it cool enough to be comfortable. We used the trolly to access the Sea Pines Beach Club and loved it. Our son (24) used the fitness center ($17/day admission since booked through third party) and enjoyed it. Husband and son golfed a couple times and my daughter (17) and I enjoyed riding horses at Lawton Stables. May 19, 2025 Liked: Location #### Just OK The best part of this condo is the location. Via bike, it is 6 minutes from Harbourtown and 8 minutes from the beach. I wouldn't say the unit was overly clean. There was gum stuck to the underside of the nightstand in one of the bedrooms, and toothpaste stuck to the mirror in the primary bathroom. In addition, nails were sticking out from a few stairs - my 8-year-old found one with his heel. OUCH! Only one of the three sliding glass doors had a screen to enjoy fresh air. The unit had a strong dog odor the first few days, and we would have enjoyed more fresh air. The pool was COLD and often full of debris. The Pros - property manager, location, cleanliness, living room area. It is a quick bike ride or walk to the beach, and the condo complex is very quiet. Cons - the beds are awful - only reason this place does not get 5 stars. The mattresses are very old, it feels like you are sleeping directly on the box spring, and the beds are noisy and rickety. Also, there is only one zone for the AC, so the downstairs stays comfortable but the upstairs gets quite warm. One bathroom has no AC at all. Fixing these two items would make the villa perfect. Cele is a wonderful property manager and responds very quickly. Even with the issues as they are, we would stay here again. ##### Michelle F.
