Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of spaciousness and connectivity. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass that flood the space with natural light and provide captivating views of the pool and lagoon. There is plenty of seating with the comfy seating in the living room The gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and a center island with a breakfast nook off to the side of the custom kitchen. Whether you're preparing a casual meal or hosting a lavish dinner party, this kitchen is designed to cater to your every need. The dining table seats 8. The main floor also encompasses a cozy den, perfect for intimate gatherings or quiet moments of relaxation. The den also features a pull-out sofa bed. Three of the five bedrooms are conveniently located on this level. As you ascend the staircase, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, and the en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, featuring a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and elegant fixtures. The outdoor living spaces are equally captivating. A spacious deck provides ample room for outdoor dining, lounging, and entertaining and offers a serene setting for relaxation with a private pool and hot tub. There is outdoor dining on the raised deck or chairs located by the lagoon. Key Features: • Proximity to the beach: 5 minute walk • Pets are not allowed • The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and Spa can be heated separately. Pool or spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. While admittedly a minor hassle, I had to call the property management company 2 weeks from my arrival to ask why my card had not been charged and if we still had a reservation. I had to call again 2 hours prior to check in to ask why I had not received any information on accessing the property. As it turned out, these inconveniences appear symptomatic of their wider attitude towards clients. On arrival at the property management company to sort out access, I was told that one parking pass comes with the property and that extra passes were $30 each for a weekend. Strange for such a large property. When we got to the property, the refrigerator was not working. I contacted the property manager to advise and that there was a lot of water that had seeped under the kitchen floor as a result of the dead refrigerator. I was told to leave the doors closed overnight and that the temperatures would stabilize. They did not. The refrigerator remained at room temp. The refrigerator was replaced the next day around 3 pm and did not come to temp as to be useable until that night. Zero concessions were made by the property owner or management despite having provided a property without a working refrigerator and a parade of maintenance people on Saturday. These things will happen but buyer beware on this one, if anything goes wrong with the property during the getaway that you paid for, expect ‘tough luck and deal with it’ from mgmt. ##### Matthew T.
