The property is very tastefully furnished (not your typical nautical fare of many properties) and, while pretty small, the screened in patio makes it seem larger and is a great place to sit in the morning and evening and not get bitten by bugs. We love that the owners are dog fans and our dog quite enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch as well. It’s a short walk to the beach and its location near the Sea Pines Ocean Gate makes it quite convenient to get groceries, etc. We’ve stayed in South Beach a number of times and it’s an almost twenty minute drive to do the same.
