This beautifully updated and furnished villa with lagoon and golf views offers island vacationing at its best! Hardwood floors are featured throughout in this light and open space, overlooking the Sea Pines Resort Atlantic Dunes as well as a wide, flowing lagoon. The charming country French-style furnishings are inviting with your comfort in mind. The living room features ample seating with two sofas. Housed in a stunning white armoire is a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a delightful screened porch with lovely furnishings, a ceiling fan, and an indescribable view. Comprised within the open living space, the dining area seats six at its oval wood table. The kitchen, which provides the ease of a pass-through window to the dining room, features gunmetal granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. A cozy TV and office nook is adjacent to the kitchen, offering a desk and plush oversized armchair that can transform into a twin sleeper sofa! The master bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, flat screen TV, and his-and-hers closets. While taking in the beautiful Lowcountry view, the room also has sliding door access to the breezy screened-in porch. The room’s private bath features a tub/shower combination and granite vanity with brushed nickel fixtures. Painted in Carolina blue, the second bedroom features two twin beds, one with a twin trundle. Also included in the room: a flat screen TV and access to the enclosed front courtyard. An adjacent bathroom features a gleaming granite vanity, tile flooring, and tub/shower combination. The perfect location of this Atlantic Dunes villa is within walking distance to both the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Plantation Golf Club. Bike rentals are across the street and Harbour Town is a short ride away. You’ll love this relaxing vacation spot! Pool passes for South Beach Pool are available for purchase. This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend. Dogs ONLY please! There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet.
