There will be some noise in the complex area. The rental rate of this property has been adjusted to compensate for any guests renting during this time. New box springs were added to the master bed November 2025. See the ocean and the beach from this gorgeous second-floor condo in Windsor Court North located inside Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The condo has direct oceanfront and beach views with two sliding glass doors and additional windows to observe the beautiful surroundings. The square footage is 1,100 square feet! The condo is two levels above the covered parking garage, which means that you are on the third level. You will take an elevator from the parking garage to access the second floor. Luggage carts are available near the elevator. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker. There is also a Keurig Combo Coffee Maker for ground coffee and K-Cups. The kitchen bar seats two guests. The adjacent dining area will comfortably seat four guests. The spacious living area features a queen size sleeper sofa that has a newer mattress, loveseat, two swivel chairs, 65” Smart TV, and lighted ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a king size mattress with optional topper, walk-in closet, 55” Smart TV, USB charger, and lighted ceiling fan. The private en-suite bathroom has a single vanity, soaking bathtub, separate spacious glass walk-in shower and hair dryer. The second full bathroom is located off the entry with a vanity, full glass remodeled walk-in shower and hair dryer. The covered balcony has a high-top table with seating for four as well as a lounge chair with footrest and side table. You can access the balcony from the living room and bedroom. Linens, four pillows, one blanket, as well as bath and kitchen towels are provided. A starter kit includes paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps and bar soap), dish soap, and trash bags. This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious, remodeled and well decorated with new furnishings throughout. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is modern and well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals etc. The recent painting and new owner touches are extremely well done -- the newly remodeled master shower is heavenly. Our family of three had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right near the elevator and trash chute which was incredibly convenient. The free shuttle service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Keith was super easy and his response time was very fast. Lastly, the view cannot be beat. You can see and hear the ocean waves and people walking on the beach. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins jump and various boats go by from the large patio. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, updated place to stay with direct ocean views while on HHI! ##### Julie O. This second floor condo had a great view of the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room sofas and swivel chairs, plus two full bathrooms.
