Bedding Configuration 5 Bedrooms/4 Full Bathrooms/2 half bathrooms Lower Level: 2 Queen, 1 Half Bath 2nd Level: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 1 Half Bath 3rd Level: 1 King Ensuite , 1 King Ensuite, 1 King Ensuite 4th Level: 2 Full Over Full Bunk Beds with Trundles (sleeps 10), Ensuite with Tub Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund. There was lots of communication before we left, clear and explicit instructions for checking in (and out), and immediate responses to questions or issues even after hours! The host was a delight - very accomodating and responsive. And the house was the greatest! So much room for our family of 6 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids, a toddler and dog. The kids had a ball with so much to do - a pool, hot tub, putting green. a tv in every room, and an incredible playroom with mini arcade, games, karaoke and bunk beds! For us cooks, the house was fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and comfortable for dining or snacking. The host brought me a brand new stock pot so I could make a shrimp boil for the first time! A short walk to the beach was ideal and we didn’t want for any beach equipment either.
