Beautiful 3 BR 3.5 BA updated luxury 3-story townhouse, nicknamed “Beach Tower”, is located at the entrance to Harbour Town Marina and all its amenities, shops and restaurants. Updated kitchen is fully stocked and features all new cabinets, flooring, appliances, Keurig, solid surface countertops, and a bar. The living space has an open floor plan that includes two full length couches and two additional chairs. Off of the living room is a private deck with an outdoor sitting area and Weber grill. The large dining table seats six with an island and bar seating an additional six . New furniture and new flat screen TVs in the living room and dining room. There is plenty of room to enjoy the company of friends and family. Additionally, there is a powder room and storage room equipped with full size washer and dryer. Pet friendly, one pet allowed under 40 pounds for $175 pet fee. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 255 Stoney Creek is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company. There are two large master suites, each with king size beds and en suite master bath with updated walk-in shower and his/her closets.
