Nestled in the quiet Treetops complex, this chic three bedroom, three bath-2 level villa is located in the desirable south end of the Island. The location is ideal for walking or riding bikes to the beach, a trolley ride to Coligny center or staying close by to relax poolside.  
  
  
  
The living/kitchen space is a bright-open concept area with a dining table, that seats 6, and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or just visiting with family and friends. Step out onto the lovely screened-in porch overlooking the community swimming pool and enjoy the Carolina breeze while sipping your morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage by the stars.  
  
  
  
Two of the three bedrooms with en suite baths are located on the first level.  
  
Upstairs, an additional bathroom and bedroom with 2 twins beds is unique and welcoming.
