The unit features many other tasteful upgrades, including an updated bathroom with new sink, new flooring, as well as a completely updated eat in kitchen with new cabinets, appliances and quartz countertops. The queen sleeper sofa makes for a great additional sleeping area. This bright and open unit provides a resort feel without the prices of a resort. With Coligny Plaza just across the street, featuring dozens of shops and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, you may never have to use your car during your entire stay! It is right on the beach and directly across from Coligny center that has everything you need. The bicycles were an added bonus since we always have to rent and return which can be inconvenient. The unit needs privacy or room darkening curtains as the one they have are sheer and don’t block out any light. The unit was clean except for the floor. My crawling baby had black knees and feet from the floor. We had to request bedding for the pull out sofa. When they did bring us sheets, they were for a twin size mattress and didn’t work on the bed. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa if you plan to use it. ##### Jeni B. This little condo was perfect for our little family—2 adults, 2 little ones. The location is perfect! Right on the beach and right across the street from Coligny. Was so nice!
