The covered outdoor area that is pool side is the perfect place for the household chef with a new Weber grill. Make a splash in the private swimming pool with a sun-shelf, relax in the hot tub, play ping pong, or just hang out. And don’t forget to shower off in our conveniently located outdoor shower. KITCHEN: You will love the spacious chef’s gourmet fully stocked kitchen with an abundance of counter space and all new appliances. A classic island configuration maximizes seating with 4 bar stools for additional seating. After the first quick cleanup from a successful family dinner gathering , you might wonder how you ever managed without this set of double dishwashers. The kitchen also includes a large quartz kitchen island including a prep sink. Also located on the main level is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a ½ bathroom. BEDROOMS: Conveniently located on the main-floor (2nd floor), you will find the first of 2 primary en suite bedrooms. This particular bathroom offers a double vanity and has a large shower. You will also have access to the screened in porch from the primary bedroom on this floor. You will find the additional 4 bedrooms on the third level. A second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is conveniently located on this floor along with 2 more King bed rooms with a shared bathroom space and a fun bunk bed room with its own private bathroom. The property site also includes multiple family gathering spaces, elevator access to all levels, and a large screened porch off of the main living area. Luxury LVP plank hardwoods gleam throughout, reflecting a wealth of natural light. This home features 10 foot ceilings on the main level and 9 foot ceilings on the other levels. Everything we needed in order to celebrate a holiday away from home was simple and easy. The kitchen was great, appliances and overall layout of the house. Honestly would not hesitate staying here again. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids loved it especially in the cooler weather. The house is super close to the beach, 5min walk and close to everything on the island. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The house is rather vertical, so the elevator helped with our mom who can’t walk up the stairs as easily anymore. This was a big selling point, it also helped for luggage. The house has plenty of king beds for adults which is always an issue with rentals. Master is on the main floor and the remaining rooms are a floor above. Great house, great stay. ##### Scott P. Brand new and the owner/s have thought of EVERYthing...from the open floor plan down to every detail. Every B/R has ensuite bath and several have closets big enough for a pack n play! The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is truly a gourmet chef's delight. Top of the line appliances, cookware, silverware, and everything to prepare meals (cutting boards, strainers, mixing bowls, measuring spoons/cups, etc.) Instapot, blender, crockpot, stockpot and toaster. Inside and outside dishes/drinkware are also plentiful. Quality beach towels and equipment including a sturdy wagon. The pool is perfect with lounge chairs, a wonderful hot tub, spacious shelf, and steps. And a great view of a large outdoor flat screen to watch all those sports. There's also easy access to a convenient half bath and an awesome outdoor shower. There's a primo ping pong table too! The beach is just a "tad" farther than thought (.4 mile from driveway to sand) BUT there's a great paved path just across the street easily walkable with the wagon while the grands rode scooters. The management company, Jon and Donna are professional, responsive, friendly and polite. I can't say enough positive. Don't hesitate to book as this property won't be available long. ##### Sheree C. The house is brand new - very thoughtfully designed and stocked. The house has been provided with everything you need including beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, a ping pong table, and TV’s in every room. The covered porch was so nice to sit on and socialize and watch others swim. The outdoor space by the pool is also amazing as there is a grill and a TV. The master chef kitchen has 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens which made it so easy to cook for our family. There is plenty of room to spread out and have their own space throughout the house. There is also a wonderful open space in the main living area off of the kitchen where the family can congregate and enjoy being together. The beach is a short, easy walk and there is also a big park right beside the house. The property managers were very responsive and helped us to have an amazing beach vacation. We will certainly be back to stay in this beautiful home. ##### Brenda W.
