### Luxury 2 BR 2.5 BA vacation townhome in Shipyard Bikes & Beach Gear included

Wonderful luxury vacation condo at 37 Sailmaster in Shipyard Resort with great beach access. Two bedroom two and a half bath townhome in Shipyard with community pool and free beach parking. Very large living room and dining room with a large galley style kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare the family meals. Living room has a large flat screen smart TV to stream all the favorite shows. Nice size patio has a private barbeque grill to cook steaks and chicken. Master bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed and en suite master bath. Guest room has another king size bed with twin and trundle underneath. Living room has a sleeper sofa so the condo can sleep eight people comfortably. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 37 Sailmaster in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.  
  
Shipyard has plenty of free beach parking right beside the Sonesta Hotel. You can also ride your bike to the beach in Shipyard or go to Coligny shops and restaurants too. Shipyard has miles of shaded bike paths to excersize on. Van Der Meer Tennis has world class tennis and pickle ball facilities lighted and covered located right in Shipyard. Shipyard offers 27 holes of golf for you to practice your game, bring a few extra balls, there are some good size lagoons too. Sonesta Hotel has several restaurants and bars on Shipyard along with the pub at the Shipyard pro shop.  
  
Forest Beach is just around the corner with the Celebration town of Hilton Head park with a giant Pirate Ship playground. Coligny has over 60 shops and restaurants, just minutes away. You can enjoy the oceanfront Tiki Hut, Frosty Frog cafe or fine dining at the Sage Room and the best breakfast in town is at the Plantation Deli, all just around the corner from Shipyard.  
  
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops, over 200 restaurants and 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. #### Spacious and comfortable townhome in Sailmaster neighborhood of Shipyard

Overall, the property was very nice and spotless upon arrival. The photos suggest a very well lit and elegant appearance. In reality, because Shipyard is heavily canopied with trees, not a lot of light gets in. It's not an issue because there is plenty of interior lighting, but the photos can be a bit deceptive. The neighborhood and community are spectacular. If you enjoy evening bike rides, it's the perfect environment. Between the community roads and the golf course pathways (after 7:00pm), it was a great way to spend an evening. The beach club was easily accessible, with beach umbrellas and chairs available to rent (current price - $50 with tip). The unit was comfortable. The air conditioning was sufficient downstairs, but uneven upstairs, with the master being warmer than the suite in the rear. If there are just two of you, I recommend sleeping in the rear suite for maximum coolness. There was more than enough space for two couples and maybe two children. The outside seating was "okay", but not particularly picturesque. It feels more like an afterthought, frankly. We had rain on most days we were there, so the opportunity to sit outside was limited anyway. But there is so much else to do in the community that it is not much of a factor. The golf course on site is spectacular. I would highly recommend renting bikes for your stay and having them delivered to the bike rack just outside the unit. We would likely stay there again.
