This 5-bedroom and 5-bath is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and it has been meticulously designed and furnished with no detail left undone, and it shows. Step through the front doors of the raised first level of the home and be greeted by the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders open up to the balcony, providing exceptional views of the expansive marshes and tidal creeks below. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for making simple snacks or gourmet meals, and ample seating is available at the island and dining table. The primary bedroom is on this first level and features a king bed and a dream bathroom with his and her vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the balcony. Also on the first level is the office for those who want to work remotely. This office has a queen Murphy bed (that can be set up prior to arrival upon request) and uses its own full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room is situated adjacent to the kitchen. On the 2nd level, there are the 3 additional bedrooms. The 1st is another king suite with its own balcony and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd is a queen suite that includes a twin pull-out a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The last bedroom is the kid's suite with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a shower/tub combo. A spectacular outdoor experience is all yours at this home with lush greenery so you can take in the views of the gorgeous marsh and Salty Dog Marina beyond the brand-new pool or separate stand-alone hot tub. The interior was well appointed, comfortable, and had everything you would need on a short or long stay. We found the kitchen to be exceptionally well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had its' own charm. The ground-level master was very appealing and several of the bedrooms took advantage of the amazing view from the rear of the property. The rear deck and pool deck/entertaining area was top notch. The pool was a great place to hang out on many days, and the available floats and toys were appreciated. The ground-level bathroom, ice maker and refrigerators were all super convenient for keeping everyone happy and comfortable while enjoying the pool. The only misstep was the hot tub not appearing to be clean and smelling of mildew. However, it was not going to get much use during our stay anyway. I am certain the management company would have quickly handled the issue, given their amazing reputation in the area. There are multiple communal spaces throughout the home if you are planning to visit with a larger group. Plenty of places for people to spread out and not feel cramped. We highly recommend this home and hope you enjoy your visit! ##### Derek B.
