Come enjoy this new high-end home located on the 16th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Everything in this home is new which includes all the furniture coming from Haverty's. The Kitchen consists of all-custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large island features bar seating for three. The adjacent Dining Area seats eight. The Living Room has a large SMART TV, double sliders to the balcony and stairs to the pool, twelve foot coffered ceilings and all brand-new Haverty's furniture. Right off of the Living Room is the Office and Relaxation Room. This room has a full size bar and other amenities for you to peruse. The Primary Bedroom is located on the left side of the home and has a King bed, Smart TV, enormous walk-in closets and an en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bath has two separate granite vanities, a tiled walk-in shower as well as two very large his and hers walk-in closets. On the right side of the home there are two Guest Bedrooms. The first Guest Bedroom has a King bed while the second Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed. Both of these bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. This Jack and Jill Guest Bathroom contains a granite double vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs is the very large third Guest Bedroom. This bedroom would be great for kids and young adults alike with its two Bunk Beds, twin on top and full on bottom. There is another SMART TV in this room along with plenty of seating making it an ideal spot to watch TV or game. The upstairs guest bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Outside you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family to include shaded seating, sun-tanning options as well as a table and umbrella for outdoor dining. A gas grill is available for guest use. The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee. \*\*\*BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT\*\*\* Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change) This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem. This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our 2 families. The upstairs room with the bunk beds worked out great for the 4 kids. We did not even need to use the 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor as there were only 8 of us. The house is situated in Palmetto Dunes which has beautiful grounds and easily accessible once you get to the island. Although the house is not on the beach, it was just a short walk to the nearest beach access which was nice. We definitely recommend renting bikes for the duration of your stay as riding bikes on the beach was one of the highlights of the trip! The only negatives were 1) the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable! Very hard and the pillows were terrible so I did not get a great nights sleep the entire week we were there and 2) the pool patio furniture as well as the furniture on the enclosed patio were dirty and moldy and really need to be replaced. We emailed pictures to the front desk because they were so bad. Luckily we had brought our own beach chairs so used those the entire time. ##### Harriet K.
