Enjoy a short walk across the street to Tower Beach or walk less than a quarter-mile to South Beach each morning, and be greeted back home by a coastal-contemporary haven full of gorgeous island views. This single-story home is located within Sea Pines, on the edge of a coastal pond that's wonderful for wildlife-watching. Grab the binoculars from inside and marvel at the variety of birds and deer that are known to frequent the property. In this lovely spot, you'll be close to bustling Harbour Town (three miles), Hilton Head's renowned golf courses, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, and trails for walking, jogging, and riding bikes. Each gorgeous day here begins and ends outdoors, whether you're sipping your morning coffee in Adirondack chairs or cozying up around the fire table in the evenings. There's also a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals in the island breeze at sunset. The interior is marked by large, open rooms, lofty ceilings, and plentiful windows framing the lagoon. It's a natural space for gathering, from the great room with its gas fireplace and wet bar to the chic kitchen with modern appliances and cabinetry. There's ample room for dining as well, between the kitchen table, the breakfast bar, and the formal dining space. In the evenings, you'll have five smart TVs to choose from - in the great room and each bedroom - which can simultaneously stream Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. All four bedrooms enjoy direct access to the patio, including three with en suite bathrooms. It was walkable. Also, it was close to Harbour Town and other areas for shopping and dining. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was perfect for our group. Indoor space was very clean and very spacious. Also it was nicely updated. In the property description it said “hairdryer.” It actually meant one hairdryer, as opposed to one hairdryer per bathroom. That was a bit of a challenge with four women. Missing some basic things I have gotten used to when using a rental, like tissues, starter coffee pods, food wrap, etc. Main patio was very nice for nature watching and relaxation (it was small, but very quiet). The home was spacious on the inside and the interior was decorated beautifully. Great location for a quick walk to the beach or to Salty Dog. My only con to this properties the parking availability. If your from out of town and your group had more than two vehicles like ours, you will be inconvenienced. There are only two parking spots available on the property. We had to call around to ask about parking accommodations since the host did not provide a solution. We ended up having to park our extra vehicles in the trolley lot near the sea pines gate which was quite far from where the house is located. ##### Paige L. The house was specular, and exceeded our expectations. Could have had a 4th couple stay with us, as there are 4 bedrooms with king beds and 4 adjoining bathroom. Also a short 5 minute walk to access South Beach. State of the art appliance and also a great Sonos sound system.
