Play all of The Sea Pines Resort's three premier courses-each with its own signature character and designation as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Tucked away in Lawton Woods (a smaller community inside of Sea Pines), this delightful single-level home is uncomplicated and easy to navigate. A seasonal trolley will whisk you away to all nearby Sea Pines amenities. Rent a bicycle and explore miles of area trails, or make a short drive to nearby beaches.

This beautifully updated three-bedroom home is the ideal family-friendly retreat. Vaulted ceilings, large glass patio doors, and wall-length mirrors add a grand feel to the extra-spacious living area. Kick back on the comfy seating and watch a movie on the 32' flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space and a full suite of appliances to work your culinary magic. When it's time to eat, enjoy festive vacation meals at the dining room table.

This one-level home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a 32' flat-screen TV. Directly adjacent, the master bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a 32' flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32' flat screen TV. These two bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination.

The home is far away enough from the neighbors to give a very private feeling to the backyard. Cook your favorite barbeque fare on a gas grill, then dine poolside at the patio with table seating for six. Relax in the private backyard, swim in a large pool (can be heated for a daily fee), or lounge poolside on the spacious patio.

Go horseback riding at nearby Lawson Stables, just 0.5 miles away. Drive 1.4 miles to the Shops at Sea Pines Center, where you'll find a number of popular dining spots and boutiques. It's 2.2 miles to Harbour Town, home of the Harbour Town Lighthouse, as well as Harbour Town Golf Links. Or head 3.7 miles to Coligny Beach Park and 3.8 miles to South Beach.

Great property, would stay again!
The process to pick up the packet was confusing as first but first services was very attentive and helped through the whole thing. Finding the property was ready after that. It looked exactly at pictured which is great. It was beautiful, clean, and the pool was the whole reason we booked which was perfect. We would definitely book here again

Wonderful Property!
Beautifully decorated and we loved the layout. It is not a large home, but it met our needs. The pool was perfect for a small family. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. It was great!

Great house and great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find that a new home was being built across the street. This did cause a lot of noise when sitting in the backyard but wasn’t too noticeable from inside the home. Only other issue was trash had not been collected when we arrived so there was a bit of a mess around the trash. I contacted Vacasa and they were very helpful and responsive. Home was very clean, good space for a family of 4 which included 2 teenage boys. There were starter supplies such as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, sponge, paper towels and laundry soap. Kitchen had what we needed. Only thing lacking was storage containers. There were some but we cooked at home and didn’t have containers to put leftovers in. Backyard was nice. We didn’t use the pool much. There was only sun on the pool from about 12-4 and we were usually at the beach during that time. Was also disappointed to find the lounge chairs in the pictures were not there. Patio table was very nice but only 2 adirondack chairs for lounging. Distance to beach was good. It was about a 15 minute walk to one of the beach paths. We rented bikes which made it a quick trip. We rode bikes to the beach, Lawton Stables and Sea Pines Preserve. We loved the ponds at the Preserve. Our boys spent a lot of time there fishing. Overall, minus the noise from new construction, it was a wonderful stay.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is on a quiet street in Sea Pines and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was very clean and has a recently remodeled kitchen. Would stay here again.

Great location, but would not stay here again
The neighborhood and location of this property was great. We were able to bike to many places from this house which was nicely decorated. It felt “surface cleaned”. The trim and vents were covered in thick dust, the floor was dirty, there was food under the couches that was not from our family, and there was mold on the ceiling near 2 of the vents. I took pictures but didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to post in the review. Off the kitchen was a fenced area where the garbage cans are stored which had all the garbage from the prior guests. The large can was overflowing, there were pizza boxes and garbage stacked on the cans and bags were left on the ground that were not tied up so there was loose garbage scattered around. We had to clean it up until if could be taken care of. Communication with the property manager was not great. When we arrived on August 4, the grill was not working, the pool was dirty, and We had the garbage issue. There was a pole but no skimmer, so we had to remove all surface debris by hand. I called the number and reached out online and got no reply within 24 hours so I had to reach back out. The grill was not replaced until 6th day, August 9th. Overall it was not what we expected and felt like too much “work” while on vacation. It was not like our precious house rentals through VRBO and similar companies.
