Fiddlers Cove entrance is just 1 block from Folly Field Beach. The resort features 2 heated pools, a spa, tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Get away from it all and dive into the ultimate beachside adventure! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa features a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. Community Amenities Gated Community with 24-hr. Security Beautifully Maintained Grounds 7 Clay Har-Tru Tennis Courts 6 Packed Har-Tru Pickleball Courts 2 Indoor Racquetball Court 2 Large Pools Heated Hot Tub Sundeck Tot Lots Lagoon with tropical birds, turtles and our resident alligators! Gas and Charcoal Barbecue Grills Short walk to beach Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns. The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off. The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months. There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car. Gym is not available on the property. Plan ahead - Our fall and winter promotions are in still effect! Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st. Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st. Holidays are excluded. Make sure to mention the promotion when booking to have the discount applied! Other Things to Note: No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25\. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Pool was right across the parking lot and it took only 5 minutes to walk to the beach or you could drive as they do offer first come first serve parking. The villa was just what we needed. Clean and comfortable and just a short easy walk to the beach with two pools in the community. Loved that there is private beach access. The villa is on the third floor which was not an issue at all for us but if you have trouble walking up stairs it could be. We would definitely stay in this condo and neighborhood again.
