(This is the rule established by the Sea Pines community, and not the fault of the condo owner, but we weren't aware of this policy at the time we booked the condo.) The property was then sold. This added stress and confusion as the process was not smooth with rebooking. Plantation club is great as always. The condo is a little dated and some small things like needing to reset the garbage disposal and the bathroom door location, but all in all the stay was good and we had enough room for our family of 5. ##### Frank J. It is the perfect location, close to pool and quick walk, bike or drive to the beach. The back patio is perfect after dinner, nice and peaceful and a beautiful view of the golf course. Nice upgrades in the bathrooms. All the mechanicals worked as expected. Water heater is a little small so plan your hot water use wisely. Our host was responsive and gave us everything we needed to manage our arrival and departure.
