You can see the 1st fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links outside and within 15 minute walk to Harbour Town Marina. We was told when we checked in that the place was ready but when we arrived there, housekeeping had not even started cleaning the place. Close to everything you need. Beach is 15-minute bike ride away. We’re a family of five and we’re comfortable here. The layout is nice. We could hide away for alone time when needed. A six-person kitchen table is nice. The condo is obviously owned by a corporation. It doesn’t have the thoughtful touches of a local owner. But it’s good enough. The place is overall clean. Kitchen is nice. Master bathroom needs paint. Master bath curtain was moldy. A welcome book that explained which public beaches we should go to would be nice; many beaches are private. It would have been nice to know that the outside closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. It took two days for Vacasa to get us Internet, which was annoying because we had work to do.
