Just steps from your private entrance is the St. Andrews pool area (open April through September) complete with plenty of seating, shade, sun, and views of the nearby lagoon and wildlife. From this centrally located condo, enjoy strolls and bike rides through lush landscapes, all within a mile of white sandy beaches, 3 championship golf courses, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, a beachfront bar and restaurant at the Dunes House, and world-class shops and restaurants at the Shelter Cove Marina. The free Dunes Buggy shuttle service also is available in the summer season. Palmetto Dunes also offers the quaint and fun Palmetto Dunes General Store and Hilton Head Outfitters, where you can rent bikes or kayaks that can be used to explore the miles of nearby lagoons. The guest room features a comfy queen bed and TV, with a second bathroom located just outside. Up the spiral staircase is a unique loft area equipped with a cozy full-size bed and smart tv. This was our first trip taking our Yorkie and it was absolutely perfect him and our family of five. It’s clean and provides plenty of space. The only “problem” we found was the master bathroom tub and sink doesn’t drain well and the mattress in the master wasn’t the most comfortable. Even better that they allow pets. My dad‘s blind dog adjusted to her surroundings very quickly. Centrally located to everything we had planned in Hilton head. A wonderful, great room with dining and living room to congregate. Very easy check in and check out.
