You won't be disappointed in this brand-new, wall-in renovation completed as of March 2025! The kitchen is beautiful with it's new custom cabinetry, high end leathered granite countertops and appliances. The kitchen will be fully-stocked with everything you'll need to cook for the family while away from home. The dining area features new furniture and seats six guests. The living area is well-designed with new beach contemporary furniture, wall-mounted Smart TV and a sliding glass door that provides easy access to your private balcony. There is a bistro set and a high top table to sit and enjoy the view of the marina. The Primary bedroom is fantastic and provides a new king bed and mattress, wall-mounted Smart TV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom consists of a custom granite-topped vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condominium and has two new double beds, wall-mounted Smart TV and a guest bathroom. There is a dresser in the closet to aid in free movement through the bedroom. The guest bathroom is totally updated with a tiled tub and shower combination, granite-topped vanity and champagne-style faucets and accents. Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Shelter Cove Marina with its 100+ boat/yacht slips. The beach is accessed within Palmetto Dunes with a couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal, on-call shuttle service The Palmetto Dunes Buggy! \*Limited to one car pass per reservation\* Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30\. Beautiful living room, small but adequate kitchen and fantastic views of the harbor. The master bath was very small and no door to separate it from the bedroom. The shower room was nice but very small and the only waste basket was next to the toilet. None were available for the master bedroom. The location in the harbor was above a seafood restaurant and there was no noise. There was very good access to the many shops and restaurants ##### Gerald S. Gave me ZERO direction as to how to find the property which was in Harbourside 1\. Knowing that would have been nice. Called when drove around and could not find it. She told me it was in Harbourside 2 and I needed a gate code which she quickly stated. So the. Drive to 2\. Numbers don’t match. Random guy told me it was 1\.
