Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' With walk-out access to the beach and numerous community activities, this Island Club villa makes for a great getaway. A tanning shelf and large lap pool are on-site, and inside the rental is a patio overlooking the ocean that makes an ideal gathering spot. When you stay here, sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and views of subtropical vegetation greet you each day, but you're just a short drive out to one of the main streets of Hilton Head Island where you can browse numerous shops and restaurants. Manicured walkways allow easy access to the beach as well as to the community's tennis courts and pools. Nine tennis courts, a shared hot tub, several pools, a fitness center, and fishing lagoon are available when you stay at Island Club. In the villa, there is ample seating in the living space and a pull-out sleeper. In the primary bedroom, there is a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms and the living space have a flatscreen TV, and all areas have access to free WiFi. Take care of any laundry you have with the private washer/dryer. This villa is a year-round destination thanks to the Hilton Head climate and numerous cultural events, so book this rental today! Elevators in the buildings. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head Island LLC. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30\. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24\. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. I have stayed inamy different units. This unit really needs to be updated. The furniture was really worn and filthy. There was also a lot of extra furniture like decrative tables and shelves that made the place feel extremely crowded.Finally, the wifi and internet was so bad that we couldnt even stream anything and my husband had trouble logging into a work call. ##### Heather F. The beds were comfortable. The pullout sofa was great for my 13yo son. It was quiet. The walk to the pool and beach was very short. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. There were even a few games,, plus some beach chairs if needed.. The carpet in the den was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. ##### William B. There was a playground and pools within walking distance as well, so it met everyone’s needs. My husband left something there and Darren, the property manager was super helpful and went above and beyond to help get it back to us. Room was very clean and fit 4 adults and 2 children easily. It was great having washer and dryer in room. Children loved the convenience of the playground but were disappointed each unit didn’t not have its own pool and rather had to share the pool with the entire facility; wouldn’t have normally been a problem but with COVID 19 they place a restriction on the number of people at the pool; needless to say we never made it through the pool gate. The location on folly field was great, with easy access to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and check in and out was very easy. The unit itself have very comfortable beds and furniture. Decor was a bit dated and a couple Pieces had stains. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The down falls to this unit- my number one thing was the cleanliness of the balcony. There was a layer of black hair, assuming from a dog- obviously this area did not get cleaned The second bedroom had a fan but it did not work. Lastly the second bathroom shower/tub combo did not drain , so you had to stand in 2 inches of water while taking a shower - so everyone ended up using the master shower. All in all it was nice, but the negatives from my review would prevent me from staying in this unit or recommending to friends. ##### Sue S. We have stayed at the Island Club over a dozen times and love the condos in the building on the far left so that breakfast on the deck looking at the ocean but not in the direct sunlight.
