Prime location in a quiet, gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. This beautifully renovated condo features a comfy king bed and smart TV in the bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and bikes are included! Enjoy easy onsite beach access and fantastic amenities, including a sundeck, pool, and grilling area. The condo also offers covered parking and an ocean-view balcony, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️ As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002\. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come.
