This two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the fourth and top floor of building two in Hilton Head Resort. Free secure wifi! Enjoy the beautiful walk to the beach over the saltwater marsh via the resort's private boardwalk. Great location for Parris Island graduations! Den has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans,, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities including updated stainless appliances. All you need to bring is the food! The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a TV. There is another full bath just outside the door. The Island Grill and Deli is located poolside at building one. Enjoy having breakfast or lunch by the pool! There is also a convenience store inside the deli. (seasonal -open March through October) Our resort has a private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms (seasonal). No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a free beach shuttle ride to our private beach. Our beach is one of the least crowded on the island. This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills,a private sun deck, on site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, exercise room, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, laundry facilities on every other floor, elevators and free parking. Dirty dishes were put in the cabinets, floors needing mopping, counters were dirty, it also smelled very odd like either old cigarettes or just very stale. The air return covering was covered in dust and that could be the cause of the bad smell. It needs a paint job something serious too, there’s scuffs and stains all over the walls. The property manager was very nice and easy to contact though, she was able to help ease any situations that arose. The location was great. The property was perfect for families and had tons of amenities. The indoor pool area was perfect when it was rainy outside and the boardwalk to the beach area was beautiful. Everything we needed was located on site. The rental was exactly as advertised, very clean, and perfect for two adults & two teens. On site bike rental was great too, we were able to spend time in the nearby parks and saw tons of wildlife, including alligators! There was a slight hiccup with the bike rental, but the staff at the resort was able to help us and everything was fixed within an hour. There’s a tennis court and the beach is about a 10 minute walk on the boardwalk with food there or at the pool. It’s a great stretch of beach. There is coin laundry down the hall. We battled ants entire stay. Bathroom toilet lids had weird stain on them 😳. Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable along with dirty stained pillows 🤮 TV in second bedroom didn't work. Island deli has great food and the walk to the beach is not terrible. On hot days, we used the water hoses to hose ourselves down before making the walk either way. Spent 95% of time in building 1 outdoor pool and at the beach. The room was a perfect size for me, my wife and 6 yr old daughter. 3 TVs for viewing while in the room. Couple things on the room. The weather seal around the front door needs to be replaced. You can see daylight straight through to the outside. Also the door has a key code to unlock. You have to make sure the door lock is turned a certain way for it to actually lock the door when you leave. We did not realize this until 4 days into the trip. We may have left the door unlocked unknowingly which was concerning. All in all a great trip and we look forward to booking at the resort again. Great time! ##### Erik H.
