New pool, steps to the most beautiful beach, walking/bike path to coligny circle out your front door ( stores, restaurants, bars, fun about .5 miles ). We had a great time — this house is open floor plan and easy for families and has such comfortable beds! Beautiful furnishings and bathrooms as well. It was our first family vacation as a family of four. The pool was perfect for our boys. The close beach access is great especially because our youngest still takes naps. This is an ideal location, being a few houses from the beach! We had a family outing with adults and children, and the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. And it has a pool for those times when the beach gets too hot! Having a stocked spice cabinet and lots of dishes for cooking was a big plus as we had inhouse family dinners every night. The house was designed well and very comfortable. Floats were available for the pool. Dawn was available and responsive when we had minor issues. We would highly recommend this property! ##### Bob T.
