Boasting a charming low country exterior and a pristine pool within a beautifully landscaped site, our home stands as a luxurious vacation haven for friends and family to gather and relish. Nestled in the serene North Forest Beach, a secluded residential enclave, this abode is merely 100 steps from the ocean, offering access to one of the most private beaches on the island. A brief ten-minute stroll along the beach or the bike path leads you to the bustling Coligny Circle, featuring an array of shops, both fine and casual dining options, and markets. The house's unique single-level design showcases a sunken living area and a distinct dining space with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and direct access to the private pool. Adjacent to the dining area is a convenient laundry room. One master bedroom, isolated from the other three, features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are situated across the house; one boasts a king-size bed with an attached full bathroom, and French doors open to the pool deck and water feature. The other two bedrooms—one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed and a bunk bed share a bathroom. Additionally, there's a bunk room tailored for children up to 63 inches tall. The property's fenced yard includes a sizable, heated pool (heat available for an additional fee), an outdoor dining section, a lounge area, and a grill, complemented by a private shower in the pool vicinity. The spacious screened porch provides for an additional dining or recreation area. The home is equipped with an electronics package that includes high-speed internet, cable, several TVs with a 65-inch HDTV, and DVD/Blu-Ray players. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-located. You can easily walk to the beach or bike to Coligny, but the house itself is in a quiet, relaxed area that feels peaceful and private.There’s plenty of space inside, and the layout works well for our family. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area—it’s a great spot to unwind after a day out. The house is well-equipped with everything you need—plenty of towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen.Everything was just as described, and communication with the owners was clear and responsive. We've stayed at houses all over Hilton Head for the last 20 years or so, and this house is--hands down--one of the best values of any we've ever rented. The beach is maybe 30 steps from the front door, and the layout i perfect for extended families. The grill was in great condition and well-equipped (lighters, tools, brush, etc.), and the backyard area was ideally staged for long, leisurely afternoons hanging out around and in the pool. The kitchen is on the small side, as the listing notes, but there is a TON of extra counter space on the other side of the dining room table, so we took advantage of that. This was also one of the best-stocked kitchens--tons of silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Even with a big group, we never ran out of anything! Easy 2 minute walk to beach marker 65A and a nice 10 minute stroll to Coligny. House is spacious especially for hanging out in the evening. Pool was nice but requires daily upkeep due to leaves. Not a problem but you have to remember to do it. Experienced an issue with pool one time and the owner was very responsive. It did not disrupt our stay. We recommend the house and hope to stay there again. ##### Rob H. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beach was like 1 minute. The owners were very nice and checked in on us. We have stayed in bigger homes, smaller homes... this one was just the right size and love having a single level! Having 2 master suites was wonderful. The open floor plan was very spacious, never felt crowded. Close proximity to beach is a must for us with toddlers. Heated pool was just the right size... patio was perfect.. some shaded, some sun! Our family utilized the screened in porch every day! Lunch, late night card games and a couple rain storms... that is a must for us from now on! The only things that could use some love.. the outdoor shower. I cleaned it up a little and cleared the drain out so we could utilize it. And the skimmer had a large hole in the net. The perfect home for our family's spring vacation! Can't wait to book again for next year! Thank you for sharing your home! ##### richard m. Plenty of space and we loved the pool. We had grandparents, adult children and our grandchildren. A great time was had by all. This was our 4th annual October trip. House was just right for 7 adults and a kindergartner! All family and we loved it! Hope to come again next year. ##### Karen C M. The house is just steps from the beach, a close walk to shops, and a perfect retreat for a beach loving family. Wayne and his wife were fabulous hosts and checked in on us regularly.
