The kitchen has been tastefully updated, with tile backsplash, new cabinets, new applicances, and granite countertops. Two stools allow for seating at the kitchen island as well. The dining area seats six and flows nicely between the kitchen and the spacious living room. Featuring a large flat screen tv, and ample seating, including a sofa, loveseat, and two chairs, this space is exceptional for a villa of this size. The outdoor patio and grill allows for beautiful golf views while enjoying the natural surroundings. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor, featuring a King bed, TV, and full ensuite bath with shower.
